Omagh District Training Consortium

Omagh District Training Consortium is led by Omagh District Council and was officially launched in September 1998. Members are drawn from Training and Education, Environmental, Voluntary and Community Sectors, working in partnership to provide a varied menu of training opportunities.

Vision

Omagh and District to be an area of high economic activity with a wide range of training, education and employment opportunities accessible to all.

Mission

To contribute to the co-ordination of local , social and economic development through:

• Providing information
• Encouraging participation
• Enhancing opportunities
• Promoting inclusion
• Developing People

The Consortium members/providers are from the Training and Education, Environmental, Voluntary and Community sectors working in partnership to provide a varied menu of training and development options.

The ODTC is comprised of the following training providers:

• Omagh Ace Network
• Omagh College
• Omagh District Council
• Sperrin Lakeland Health & Social Care Trust
• Tyrone Training Services
